SGA Budget Request

Budget Requests will be reviewed by Student Government Officers and advisors first, then presented to Student Government representatives to be voted on. For questions or concerns please contact Elana Stubbs (270) 707-3825 elana.stubbs@kctcs.edu.

If you are planning on attending a conference/convention/field trip you will need to submit the following: a copy of the schedule/itinerary, a list of students/advisors attending, and Dr. Young's approval if traveling out of state.

Notice: The online budget request form must be submitted to the SGA no fewer than 30 days before the scheduled event. Budget requests will be reviewed and voted on at the next regularly scheduled SGA meeting following submission. Requests submitted fewer than 30 days prior to the event are not guaranteed review or funding.
