Laptop Loaner Program

The goal of the Hopkinsville Community College (HCC) laptop loaner program is to provide assistance to HCC students, in good standing with Hopkinsville Community College, who need immediate and temporary use of a laptop to continue their HCC program of study.  

Students must be Hopkinsville Community College students enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours. Students must have an HCC Faculty or Staff member recommend assistance, and the name of the recommender should be included on the application for assistance (Faculty or Staff member of HCC – no student worker may initiate an application).  Applications are available from any faculty or staff member of HCC and are reviewed by the HCC Student Emergency Committee. The goal of the committee is to provide a response to the request for a laptop loaner within 48 hours of the request. The program is coordinated in tandem with Institutional Advancement and Information Technology.
