SPRING 2011 FINANCIAL AID PRIORITY DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 15th
If you attended in Fall 2010 and still have Verification required, or if the Spring
2011 semester will be your first term with Hopkinsville Community College for the
2010-11 school year, and you have not completed your financial aid application, then
you still have time!
We are still accepting financial aid applications, loan applications, Verification
worksheets and documentation for the 2010-11 school year. If you have not submitted
your documentation to the financial aid office by November 15, 2010, then we cannot
guarantee that your financial aid will be processed in time for the Spring payment
deadline and you must be prepared to make other payment arrangements in order to hold
your classes until your financial aid can be packaged.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR STUDENT SELF SERVICE REGULARLY INCLUDING YOUR SAP STATUS.
If you were in Probation 2 for the Fall semester, then you may need to do a SAP Appeal
to receive further aid in Spring. Check with the Financial Aid office should you have
any questions or concerns about your SAP.
