SPRING 2011 FINANCIAL AID PRIORITY DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 15th

If you attended in Fall 2010 and still have Verification required, or if the Spring 2011 semester will be your first term with Hopkinsville Community College for the 2010-11 school year, and you have not completed your financial aid application, then you still have time!

We are still accepting financial aid applications, loan applications, Verification worksheets and documentation for the 2010-11 school year. If you have not submitted your documentation to the financial aid office by November 15, 2010, then we cannot guarantee that your financial aid will be processed in time for the Spring payment deadline and you must be prepared to make other payment arrangements in order to hold your classes until your financial aid can be packaged.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR STUDENT SELF SERVICE REGULARLY INCLUDING YOUR SAP STATUS.

If you were in Probation 2 for the Fall semester, then you may need to do a SAP Appeal to receive further aid in Spring. Check with the Financial Aid office should you have any questions or concerns about your SAP.

*You must be meeting all SAP requirements to receive your aid. You can find more information on the SAP requirements athttps://hopkinsville.kctcs.edu/Costs_and_Financial_Aid/Satisfactory_Academic_Progress.aspx
