UPDATE: Blackboard is available. Blackboard and KCTCS personnel continue tomonitor activity and correct issues as they arise. If you experience issues logging into Blackboard, clear temporary internet files and cookies, close your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) and reopen before going back to Blackboard.
