Nursing Pre-Admission Conference

Important Information - Hopkinsville Nursing:

FALL 2025 ADMISSION CYCLE
To apply for Fall 2025 admission, students must attend a Pre-Admission Conference for the HCC Nursing Program during the Spring 2025 semester.  You must complete the Pre-Admission Conference requirement in the Spring to obtain the Nursing application for Fall 2025.

ATTEND ONE SESSION:

• In-Person Session #1 - Hopkinsville Campus:
  Thursday, March 27 at 2:00 pm
  Location:  Technology Center, Room 210
  
  
• In-Person Session #2 - Fort Campbell Campus:
  Friday, April 11 at 10:00 am
  Location:  SSG Glenn H. English, Jr., Army Education Center, Room 151 Auditorium
  
  
• In-Person Session #3 - Hopkinsville Campus:
  Friday, April 25 at 10:00 am
  Location:  Technology Center, Room 210

Doors for each session will open approximately 20 minutes before start time.

(Pre-registration is strongly encouraged but is not required.  You may register on-site the day you attend.)

Application Deadline:  May 15, 2025 at 4:30 pm

Applications will be accepted for the:

• PN Program Track
• RN Traditional Program Track
• Transition Medic To RN Program Track - for military medics with 68W training
• LPN To RN Bridge Program Track - for actively licensed LPNs

Unable to attend a Conference in-person?  An online conference may be available after the last in-person conference.  Please check back in early May.
