Nursing Pre-Admission Conference

SPRING 2027 Admission Cycle

To apply for Spring 2027 admission, students must attend a Pre-Admission Conference for the HCC Nursing Program during the Fall 2026 semester. You must complete the Pre-Admission Conference requirement in the Fall to obtain the Nursing application for Spring 2027.

Application Deadline: October 30, 2026 at 4:30 pm

ATTEND ONE SESSION:

• In-Person Session #1 - Fort Campbell Campus:
  Wednesday, September 30 at 10:00 am
  Location:  SSG Glenn H. English, Jr., Army Education Center, Room 151 Auditorium
  
  
• In-Person Session #2 - Hopkinsville Campus:
  Friday, October 9 at 9:00 am
  Location:  Emerging Technologies Building, Anderson Room 106 (1st Floor)
  
  
• In-Person Session #3 - Hopkinsville Campus:
  Monday, October 26 at 12:00 pm
  Location:  Emerging Technologies Building, Anderson Room 106 (1st Floor)

Doors for each session will open approximately 20 minutes before start time.

(Pre-registration is strongly encouraged but is not required.  You may register on-site the day you attend.)

Nursing applications for Spring 2027 admission will be made available to those who attend a Pre-Admission Conference.

Applications will be accepted for the:

• RN Traditional Program Track
• Transition Medic To RN Program Track - for military medics with MOS 68W training
• LPN To RN Bridge Program Track - for actively licensed LPNs

Unable to attend a conference in person?  An online conference will be available in early October.  Please check back soon.
