Nursing Pre-Admission Conference
Important Information - Hopkinsville Nursing:
FALL 2026 ADMISSION CYCLE
To apply for Fall 2026 admission, students must attend a Pre-Admission Conference
for the HCC Nursing Program during the Spring 2026 semester. You must complete the
Pre-Admission Conference requirement in the Spring to obtain the Nursing application
for Fall 2026.
ATTEND ONE SESSION:
- In-Person Session #1 - Hopkinsville Campus:
Wednesday, April 22 at 1:00 pm
Location: Technology Center, Room 210 - In-Person Session #2 - Hopkinsville Campus:
Friday, May 1 at 10:00 am
Location: Technology Center, Room 210
Due to scheduling conflicts, we will not host a session at the Fort Campbell campus this semester.
Doors for each session will open approximately 20 minutes before start time. Anyone who arrives after the session start time may be denied entry.

(Pre-registration is strongly encouraged but is not required. You may register on-site
the day you attend.)
Nursing applications for Fall 2026 admission will be made available to those who attend a Pre-Admission Conference.
Application Deadline: May 15, 2026 at 4:30 pm
Applications will be accepted for the:
- PN Program Track
- RN Traditional Program Track
- Transition Medic To RN Program Track - for military medics with MOS 68W training
- LPN To RN Bridge Program Track - for actively licensed LPNs
Unable to attend a Conference in-person? An online conference may be available after the last in-person conference.
