Nursing Pre-Admission Conference

Important Information - Hopkinsville Nursing:

FALL 2026 ADMISSION CYCLE
To apply for Fall 2026 admission, students must attend a Pre-Admission Conference for the HCC Nursing Program during the Spring 2026 semester.  You must complete the Pre-Admission Conference requirement in the Spring to obtain the Nursing application for Fall 2026.

ATTEND ONE SESSION:

• In-Person Session #1 - Hopkinsville Campus:
  Wednesday, April 22 at 1:00 pm
  Location:  Technology Center, Room 210
  THE APRIL 22 SESSION IS FULL.  ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE IF SPACE PERMITS ONCE REGISTERED STUDENTS ARE CHECKED IN.
  
  
• In-Person Session #2 - Hopkinsville Campus:
  Friday, May 1 at 10:00 am
  Location:  Technology Center, Room 210

Due to scheduling conflicts, we will not host a session at the Fort Campbell campus this semester.

Doors for each session will open approximately 20 minutes before start time.  Anyone who arrives after the session start time may be denied entry.

Unable to attend a Conference in-person?  An online conference will be available the week of May 4. Anyone who pre-registers for the online conference will be notified via email when the online conference is available.

Nursing applications for Fall 2026 admission will be made available to those who attend a Pre-Admission Conference.

Application Deadline:  May 15, 2026 at 4:30 pm

Applications will be accepted for the:

• PN Program Track
• RN Traditional Program Track
• Transition Medic To RN Program Track - for military medics with MOS 68W training
• LPN To RN Bridge Program Track - for actively licensed LPNs
